Job Description

Positions  :  Customer Care Associates (  Voice Support )

                   Technical Support Associates

Answering to customer calls or Making calls to customers

• Manage queries from customers by giving them suitable answers as required.
• Maintaining the quality of customer service by tracking the queries using software provided, escalating the queries whenever necessary, tracking the response time etc
• Required to multitask, adapt to situations and take decisions
• Strong team working skills
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
• Strong listening skills
• Minimum computer knowledge like MS office and Internet, Email.
• Willing to work in Shifts which may include night shifts.
• Need high levels of motivation.

Candidate require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.

• 1. Handling inbound calls.
  2. Resolving the Networking queries for different business units.
  3. Technical Support Process.
