Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

Administration of Windows 2008 server, creating users in Active directory and assigning permissions to user accounts.

Installed and configured an Active Directory Domain Controller.

Resetting passwords, unlocking accounts in Active Directory.

Managing groups and user accounts.

DNS, DHCP Server Configuration and Administration. .

Configuration of POP3, SMTP Service and supporting clients to access e-mails through Microsoft Outlook.

Handling Microsoft Office issues of Office 2007 ,2010 and 2013.

Hands on experience in troubleshooting issues related to VPN.

Responsible in Providing VC connections to clients.

Testing of windows/security patches post releasing over the server.

Basic knowledge on Hubs, Switches, Router and proxy Security.

Maintain and configure Desktop and Server hardware like printer installation,

Configuration and troubleshooting.

Self-tickets Raising in the HP tool for the mails sent by the user and solving the issues within the SLA.

Typically providing technical support for internal and external users through remote services using internal remote tools, Ammy Admin, Team Viewer, and Web-Ex Session.

The principal responsible for providing IT assistance which includes application support, hardware and software installation and its troubleshooting in Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP Operating system

Physically should capable to handle the systems as well the support the administration process.
