- Deliver technical course content and supporting materials to internal and external clients using a wide variety of delivery methods.
- Courses will be on software and hardware products and will be targeted to audiences at many levels including: customers, employees, resellers, and partners.
- Training Instructors deliver course content and materials to clients through instructor-led classroom presentation and web-casts in virtual classroom environments.
- Develop and deliver custom, on-site courses to domestic and international audiences.
- Attend rollout presentations, review course material and labs, and prepare for training delivery.
- Determine requirements for delivering suitcase classes.
- The tasks are often unstructured and the issues addressed are less defined requiring new perspectives and creative approaches.
- Need to apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving problems that are complex in scope requiring in-depth evaluation.
- Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance, and proposing solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a strong working knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
