• To be achieve the production target Mange the manpower required area.
• Breakdown reduction.
• B/D Analysis & Preventive Action
• Maintaining and analyzing Records of breakdown history.
• TPM activities,5S,Self Maintenance Predictive Maintenance.
• Creating Maintenance reports and spares lists for existing machinery..
• TS & EHS Documentation Check & Monitoring
• System Improvements-Kaizen
• On job training to operators
