*Support front office users re: L1/L2 software & hardware
*L1/L2 support for end user computing (e.g. phones, blackberry, desktop, laptop, VM).
*Monitoring for trends & escalate if issues (e.g. desktop patching causing issues, application URL errors, Blackberry outages, network latency.
*Escalation of issues to wider IT group if unable to resolve
*End user communication to designated groups on upgrades, issues etc.
*Should be open to work in 24*7 shifts (Mandatory)
*Should be open for bond of 1 year
*Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)

Skill Sets:  Desktop / Networking

*Candidates should have 60% throughout in education (Mandatory)
