Job Description:  Customer Service Representative 

1. To make phone calls to US Insurance companies for unpaid or underpaid claims.
2. B2B and B2C phone Call.
3. Analyze and process accounts.
4. Document the outcome and analysis as per the requirement.
5. Taking action based on the outcome/analysis as per instructions provided

Skill Sets: 

Should have excellent communication skills in English.

Education: Graduates (BA / B.Sc / B.Com / BCA / BBA / B.Tech) & Post Graduates (Except: MCA  / M.Sc / M.Tech (IT / Comp Science)
