Job Description:  

1. Endorsement processing on P&C insurance policies
2. Providing support to underwriter and agency
3. Meeting TAT & Accuracy Daily/weekly SLA
4. Follow established procedures & guidelines for processing of endorsements
5. Investigate and resolve customer/agency/underwriters queries
6. Calculating premium impact of the endorsements and report out
7. Communicating with customers through email & Web service request

Skills Required: Backend / Non-Voice Openings

• Good written, comprehension  and verbal communications skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
